Purview Care is designed to ensure your Microsoft Purview implementation lands sustainably within your organization. During the pilot phase, we guide adoption, validate policies, and fine-tune configurations. Phases 1 and 2 (Pilot and Go-Live) are part of the Purview implementation project, where Cloud Life works closely with your team to design, configure, and roll out Microsoft Purview. Phase 3 (Aftercare) is where Purview Care begins: we stay with your organization to keep everything running, improving, and aligned with your evolving needs.

Tier 1: Operational
First response to data security alerts, initial analysis, and initiating measures. This operational layer stays with your organization.
Tier 2: Strategic
Structural follow-up, driving process improvement, alignment with compliance and governance, and policy decision-making, supported by Cloud Life.
Note: Operational handling of individual DLP alerts (triage and follow-up) remains with your organization. Cloud Life delivers proactive trend analysis, advice, and improvement actions, and can support the setup of roles and processes.
